The following general rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (Cash Out may be available in some cases).
• Bets may be voided if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.

Members are generally notified by email or SMS before an account is closed. However, accounts may be closed without prior notice in cases involving prohibited activities.
